The Coaching Mindset Methodology
The Coaching Mindset Methodology is an evidence-informed framework designed to help people turn experience into expertise through structured reflection.
It is built around the NACA Framework: Notice, Analyse, Connect and Apply. The methodology supports coaches, teachers, mentors, leaders and learners to reflect more deeply, make better sense of experience and apply learning to future practice.

Why the Methodology Exists
In education, coaching and leadership, people are constantly exposed to meaningful experiences. However, the learning from those experiences is often left to chance. The Coaching Mindset Methodology provides a repeatable process for turning experience into learning and learning into action.
What Makes It Different
The methodology is not positioned as a new theory of learning. It is an original synthesis and practical operationalisation of established thinking in reflective practice, experiential learning, discovery learning, metacognition, self-regulated learning and ecological approaches to development.
