Our Story: From University Project to Passion-Driven Purpose

The Coaching Mindset began as an academic project during my university studies, where research into sports leadership, educational psychology, and curriculum design revealed a clear gap in the sector: the need for practical, high-quality resources that professionals and institutions could use immediately.

 

What started as theory quickly became a mission to bridge academic rigour with real-world application. That original project evolved into The Coaching Mindset – an organisation built on excellence, accessibility, practicality, and continuous development for both learners and institutions.
