Cancellation Policy

Cancellations and Refunds Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the session will be refunded or rescheduled upon request. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the session are non-refundable. Rescheduling Sessions may be rescheduled once without charge if requested at least 24 hours in advance. Late Arrivals Sessions will end at the scheduled time. Late arrivals cannot be extended and are non-refundable. Supervision Parents/guardians must remain responsible for drop-off and collection. Players aged 12 or under must have a parent/guardian on site unless agreed in advance. Medical Information All medical information must be disclosed during booking. Any changes should be communicated before the session begins. Behaviour and Conduct Players are expected to behave respectfully and follow instructions for safety and development. Poor behaviour may result in removal from the session without refund. Non-Recruitment Policy ProjectLDN operates with a full non-recruitment policy. All players remain registered with their current clubs. These sessions are designed to support, not replace, club training.
